well kids. december is nearly upon us. and a busy time of year it is as well. as such (not to be a total grinch/scrooge/whatnot) i've come to realize that given the schedule of weekends between now and new years, i can't really host a christmA.S.S. this year. as new years eve technically falls in december, i say that can count for our december's A.S.S.tivities, unless someone else wants to host something in the meantime. however... given everyone's generally busy schedules during the month of december, i won't be too heartbroken if it doesn't happen. that said... i'd be for a cheap movie or dinner or something if anyone is interested between now and new years. i've yet to have the opportunity to go harass matt bloom at the olive garden ;)
anyhoo. many apologies for the lack of A.S.S. for december, but my saturday daytime schedule is filling up to the point that i wouldn't be able to properly prepare to host without risking giving myself an ulcer from the stress of too much to do... and nobody needs that. saturday evenings aren't too booked up yet, just no time to plan/host. there is always "stand and deliver" on friday the 29th that you are all welcome to attend as well, and of course i will plan to have my doors open (figuratively, of course... not literally, because i'm extremely paranoid about the cats escaping) on new years eve. any thoughts for activities for that evening? i believe we had a dinner of some sort last year, which was nice, but i'm always up for thinking outside the box. prank calls are an absolute must, but beyond that, i haven't given it much thought.
